wan-3: image generation model

Wan 3.0 is Alibaba's video model — text-to-video and image-to-video with cinematic motion, at 480p, 720p or 1080p and up to 30 seconds. Served asynchronously through Hormouz from inside Iran.

Pricing:
$0.0500 – $0.2000 / sec of output
Type:
video

Wan 3.0 turns a written description into a short video with cinematic motion and camera movement. Give it a prompt on its own for text-to-video, or attach a first-frame image and the model animates that image guided by your prompt.

You choose the output resolution — 480p, 720p or 1080p — and the length, anywhere from 2 to 30 seconds. Aspect ratio can be set explicitly (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4) or left on adaptive, which lets the model pick the framing that suits the prompt. When you supply a starting image, the aspect ratio follows that image instead.

A negative prompt lets you name what should not appear. Prompt expansion is on by default and automatically enriches short prompts for better results, at the cost of some extra latency. A seed makes a generation reproducible.

Pricing is per second of output video and depends on resolution: $0.05 per second at 480p, $0.10 at 720p and $0.20 at 1080p. A 5-second 1080p clip is $1.00. Hormouz provides stable access to Wan 3.0 from inside Iran, with no foreign credit card or circumvention tooling required.

FAQ

How much does Wan 3.0 cost?
Billing is per second of output video and depends on the resolution you pick: $0.05 per second at 480p, $0.10 at 720p and $0.20 at 1080p. A 5-second 1080p clip costs $1.00 and a 10-second 480p clip costs $0.50. Current rates are shown in the Hormouz dashboard.
Can Wan 3.0 animate an image I already have?
Yes. Attach an image and the model uses it as the first frame, animating it according to your prompt. The output then follows the aspect ratio of your input image, so the aspect_ratio setting is ignored in that mode.
How long can a video be?
Between 2 and 30 seconds. Because billing is per second, length is the main thing that moves the price — a 30-second 1080p video is $6.00 while a 5-second one is $1.00.
How is Wan 3.0 served on Hormouz?
Behind an asynchronous predictions API: submit a prediction with your prompt, then poll until the video is ready. Point your base URL at Hormouz and use a Hormouz key. Generation takes minutes rather than seconds, so polling is expected.
