Gofta v1 is Arpanet's Persian-first text-to-speech model. Send text, and optionally a voice, a language and an audio format (mp3, wav, aac, opus or flac), and it returns one audio file read in a natural voice.

It is billed per minute of generated audio, at the rate shown on this page. Through Hormouz you call it with POST /v1/predictions and download the audio from the returned link.

Hormouz provides stable access to the model from inside Iran, with no foreign credit card or circumvention tooling required.
