Solar Decide is Upstage's decision model, built on Solar Mini 4. You send a state and typed questions, and it returns a choice, a score or a yes/no answer, each with a calibrated probability, in a single forward pass. Its very long context means a whole document can serve as the state, and it brings Solar's strong Korean understanding to routing and classification. It reads up to 524K tokens of state per request.

Through Hormouz it is reached at POST /v1/alpha/decisions with your ordinary API key. The request carries a state and the questions, and the reply comes back typed, so your code branches on the numbers instead of parsing a sentence. You pay only for input, at $0.05 per million tokens; the answer itself is free. There is no fixed monthly fee.

Hormouz provides stable access to the model from inside Iran, with no foreign credit card or circumvention tooling required.
